What MOVE.B does with the personal data collected on www.move-b.com, the cookies and your rights.

MOVE.B (3 passage de la Tourelle, 92700 Colombes, France, contact@move-b.com) is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. We collect only what we need, never sell it and never use it for anything but what is written below.

Contact form

Your name, email address, company and message are used to answer your request (a course, a quote, a demo), on the basis of the steps you take before a contract or of our legitimate interest in answering you. They are read by MOVE.B’s team only and deleted three years after they were sent, unless the request led to a contract, whose documents are then kept as the law requires.

Course agendas

To download the detailed agenda of a course as a PDF, you create an account: your name, company (optional), work email address and a password (stored only in a form that cannot be read back). We send a link to confirm the address; an account not confirmed within 7 days is deleted. We keep the courses whose agenda you downloaded, to answer if you then ask about one, and, only if you ticked the box, use your address to tell you about new courses (a few emails a year; untick the box on your account page, or reply to any of them, to stop them). Each PDF carries the name it was prepared for. You may change your details or delete your account at any time on your account page; an account not used for three years is deleted, and the records of your downloads three years after they were made. Signing in sets WordPress’s session cookies (wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_…), kept until you sign out, or two weeks if you ask to stay signed in.

Participant space

The participants of our courses get an account to find their sessions, documents and evaluation form. It holds their name, email address, sessions and, once filled in, their evaluation; it is used to run the training (contract and legal obligations of a training organisation) and closed when the participant no longer needs it. Course documents are encrypted end to end: the site stores them in a form it cannot read.

Audience measurement and cookies

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Before you accept, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set. Your choice is kept for six months in a cookie named moveb_consent; if you accept, Google sets _ga cookies, kept 13 months at most. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page: refusing removes those cookies. The data seen by Google (pages, browser, approximate location, never your name) may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).

Without cookies, and so without asking your consent, the site also counts the pages read, notes the name of the site you came from (google.com, linkedin.com…) and how fast each page showed in your browser (loading and response times), to keep the site fast and see which pages are useful. Nothing that identifies you is kept: no cookie, nothing stored in your browser, no IP address, no identifier, only totals per day, kept 13 months. Nothing is sent when your browser asks not to be followed (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track).

Signing in to the participant space sets the cookies needed for it to work (session), without which you could not sign in.

Who sees the data

MOVE.B’s team; our host, OVH (France), which stores the site; Google, for the audience measurement you accepted. The server keeps a technical log of the requests (address, page, date) for security, deleted after one year at most.

Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its use, restrict it, receive it in a portable form and give instructions on the fate of your data after your death, by writing to contact@move-b.com. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
