This course aims to enable participants to design, verify or debug Ethernet 1/10/25/40/50/100 Gbps IPs and links. Participants get a detailed understanding of the Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols. The attendees will learn about Ethernet hardware and software implementation. Latest specifications, such as AVB will be studied.
Prerequisites and related courses
Experience of a digital bus is mandatory.
Wireshark is used to capture and display Ethernet traffic to facilitate the understanding of the protocol.
